Hi -

I have an EVGA Z170 Stinger motherboard, which has an m.2 key e slot for a wifi/bluetooth card. I was wondering How I am supposed to utilize it to get both wifi and bluetooth. If possible I would also like some product suggestions. Thank you very much!

You'd be looking for something like this:

With a separate antenna as mentioned above:

But because I think you have a mITX board with no open PCIe slot protectors (assuming a GPU is installed and you can't/don't want to drill/mod the case for the antenna), then you'd need the separate extension cables and stand alone antenna or a package that has those things (or some combo)...
There is wifi and Bluetooth built into a single m2 or mini pci-e card.

In reality though, getting a PCI-E card will be cheaper and easier in the long run.
To go the m2 route you would need the chip, ufl to rp-sma antenna extension cables, drill/modify a PCI Slot on your case for the antennas, and would need 2 RP-SMA antennas. Vs buying something all together.

Now FYI wired Ethernet is much better then wifi so if it all possible then using the cable is faster. If gaming then a powerline adapter will outperform wifi as well due to latency of wifi (or any wireless signal for that matter).

Either way you'll need to figure out how to get the antenna through the case to the installed chip....whether the antenna is mounted on the case somehow or separately.

BTW, just looked at a Stinger I/O shield and it appears they have a mounting location on there:

If you can confirm your I/O shield has these (sometimes just needing the metal punched out to produce the hole), then the card with the mountable antenna kit is all you need.
