Hey guys
my i5 4690k is running me fine
however its only a problem in some CPU intensive games like Witcher 3 and GTA 5
i was wondering if i should upgrade to the i7 4790K
firstly im getting a decent price for my 4690k
secondly the i7 will make me a little more future proof( and ofcourse also perform better in CPU bound games)
in the sense that modern games are beginning to utilize 8 cores effectively
i was thinking i should upgrade now while the 4790k is still available in the market
the 4790k will soon be out of supply
and if i have to upgrade in the future....ill have to spend both on a new mobo as well as a processor
what do you guys think?
