SOLD GPU and integraded graphics are still off

Solution
Again: What else happens when your computer turns on? Do fans spin up? Are there any indicator lights that could give an error code?

There should be a debug light next to your RAM that should give some information. What's that look like?

Reset CMOS. On your motherboard, there should be a jumper or a watch battery looking thing. Short the jumper or unplug the battery. This will reset your BIOS to default values, which should be your integrated graphics.

Here's a picture of the battery and jumper side by side.

You short the jumper by moving the detachable piece to the other side of the 3 pins.

I tried twice with removing the battery and it did not work, and also I can't seem to find the "jumper"

Removing the battery (for a minute) and holding the power button should achieve the same as shorting the jumper. Bummer that didn't work.

Everything is plugged in properly, right? Go through this mini checklist

Working video cables to the motherboard?
PCI Cable to CPU is firmly plugged in?
Is the monitor OFF or does it just not have a signal?

[strike]Could you post system specs?[/strike]

everything is plugged in correctly, my monitor is off unless I turn it on myself and then it says no signal.

found the problem "Theres 2 pins at the bottom of your board, literally get a screwdriver; disconnect all the power and push the pins with the screwdriver gently and that will reset it for you."
