Is this normal?

Solution
fix is to reinstall windows.

1 back up anything you need
2 get you install media (cd usb drive whatever it is)
3 put device in computer
4 power off computer
5 power on computer and immediately go into bios and select boot from the usb UEFI or the cd drive UEFI which ever you are using and that should start the install in uefi. that will make windows start fast again.

Still don't know the size though. The benchmark numbers you posted are almost exactly right for a 120GB drive.

14GB is a just about the smallest you should go for leaving blank space on a 120GB drive. Way too little on any larger drive.

Well I had even less space left but my pc booted in like 10 seconds. Now its 2 minutes.

what version of windows are you using? I'm guessing windows 8 or 10 for the following

from your info above you just did a clean install... did you do it UEFI mode? if not it will be slower trust me I know i missed that part with installing windows that you had to go into your bios and select the usb driver there to install as UEFI

a video that shows easy way to check if you installed it in UEFI mode

and fyi i think your drives read and write speeds are ok. i have two Samsung ssd (830 and 850) and ive never seem to get the IOP that they claim they should do. i don't know why but i don't care as my pc boots in 5 sec.

it says ''old''

..... "old" should not be an option should say UEFI or LEGACY

again it sounds like its not in UEFI which means you need to do a clean install of windows in UEFI to get your fast boot times.
