I just got the last few parts in for my PC today, I went and assembled everything, plugged it in, hit the power button, and nothing.

The on board standby LED is lit up so I am pretty sure power is reaching the motherboard, I checked the front panel connectors and everything seems to be in order, even after I've checked and rechecked a few times. CPU power and fan are plugged in, graphics card is seated and also plugged in well. I tried clearing the CMOS, doing 1 stick of RAM at a time, and taking out the GPU all together, all to no avail.

Currently the PC specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K
CPU FAN: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus Z170-P ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
Graphics Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 650 1GB (this is an older GPU, will be changed to the 1070 on release)
PSU: Corsair CXM 650W Modular ATX Power supply
DVD Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Network Card: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter

That is currently everything plugged into the PC. I'm honestly at a complete loss at what to do next. I would sincerely appreciate some help.

I just unplugged everything, (GPU, DVD drive, 1 stick of RAM, Network Card) leaving just 1 stick of ram, the CPU and fan, HDD, and the PSU in the computer and nothing changed, but thanks for the quick reply!

This is a brand new CPU, out of the box today, and I have another just like it downstairs that I suppose I could borrow. Just a moment
