I'm planning to buy a pc gamer the cpu is not really powerful but the gpu is good here are the specs i wanna know if i'm able to run GTA V in ultra or high settings with smooth fps 45 - 60+
Proccesor: i3-4150 (3.5 Ghz, 3 MB memory cache)
Boitier Pc ProBox
Motherboard: H81-P33
RAM:8 Go Gamer
HDD: 2TB
Graphic card: ASUS Strix Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4 GB DDR5 /OC
Should i buy it ?

A 4460 with a gtx 960 is better balanced than either of the others mate so yes.

You're pretty much 50-60fps @high settings across the board with newer titles with that combo.

Here's another pc gamer:
Processor: i7-4790 (up to 4 Ghz, 8 MB memory cache)
Boitier Gamer ATX Manhattan 835 Series
Motherboard:H81-P33
RAM: 16GB Gamer
HDD: 1TB
Graphic card: MSI Nvidia GTX 750 Ti 2 GB DDR5/OC
Which one of those is more powerful & can pull more fps?

Put the 970 with the i7 and you'll be all good.
If you're on a tighter budget i'd go with the i3 and 750 TI.
The second build would play it fine though.
