A little over a month ago I built my first PC. For the first week my idle temps ranged from ~30-40C and gaming was ~65-70C. But currently, the temps are getting higher and higher. Only 10min into a game and the temps are reaching ~83C. The only way ive found to cool the cpu is to watch videos for about an hour or so. I kept all the stock settings for the i7-6700k and the kraken. I've tried reapplying the thermal paste but nothing so far has made an impact.

Might want to reapply thermal compound, may have used too little (possibly to much, but prob too little
