Which CPU is better? FX 8300 vs FX 8350

They are the same processor, the 8350 just runs at higher clock speeds from the factory, thus making it the "better performing" processor.
However, both are unlocked, and can be OCed to near identical levels anyway. So neither is better than the other.

If you dont already have a motherboard, I would not recommend either.

The 8350 is faster, but unless you already have an AM3 board, don't buy FX chips. They're old (they're basically updated versions of a chip that came out in 2011) and AMD is bringing out new chips by the end of the year.
