- Hello everyone,
I was just wondering how much RAM I would need in a laptop. I would be looking to run applications such as Logic X Pro and photo editing and lots of streaming online. The base laptop model comes with around 8gb of DDR3 ram, however, I was just wondering if this will be enough, especially because there are many future programs that will need more memory and unlike a desktop, I cannot upgrade my ram if I need to.\
