Do I have to change my processor if I get this graphics card?

If I get a new graphics card (Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 GV-R927OC-2GD Graphics Card - 2 GB GDDR5 - 256-bit) well I need to change my processor(AMD A4-3420 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.80GHZ) Sorry guys never changed anything on my pc.

Your CPU will very seriously limit your gaming performance with the R9 270, but if you want a significant upgrade, you're probably going to need to replace almost everything. The GPU will help your gaming performance, and is probably still worthwhile, but I recommend you start setting aside some money toward a system overhaul.
