I think your post title was cut off. You can't go wrong with the Cooler Master Hypo 212. Affordable and effective. Just may want to check dimensions to ensure it fits your case.

Do you overclock? If so you may need something like a Noctua or be quiet! brand.

Thanks for responding so quickly I'm new to forums.......Here was my entire post......

Well, after a long duration of trying to teach myself "computer lingo", I am in belief that I need to replace my CPU fan. After ordering a fan through staples, I discovered that there are two different 4 pin molex one being the small one I need. From that point I then discovered that the 4 pin molex (small) is in relation to a PWM fan. I now am in search for a CPU, PWM 4pin 80mm fan. From here I am at a loss, how do I make sure the fan I pick is compatible to the AVCfan in the computer now? Some pointers to help answer my question, the computer model is an EMACHINE EL1331G-01W (yes, from 2009, but I still love it) and according to numbers off the original fan the part number (maybe) HI.10800.024. Please let me know where to go from here. PS. If just replacing fan and not entire heat sink do I need thermal paste?
