Error 1962 no operating system found HELP!

hey guys so my sister has an lenov desktop PC and a few days ago when she turned it on it says "Error 1962 no operating system found press any key to continue" ive all ready tried to reinstall windows 10 again thinking that was the problem but i was wrong lol, anyone know why this happens or how to fix it? thanks for the look!

Hey there, GarrettRocky.

It's quite possible for the drive to be having a problem. I'd suggest that you try it out with a different computer (if possible). However if the laptop is under warranty you might want to check if taking the drive out of the laptop voids that warranty.
If you are not able to try the drive with a different computer, perhaps you might take the drive to a computer service shop and get it diagnosed.
