Thats a relatively good build for the price. With that you will be able to run Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 but your load times are going to be long and to get a steady 60 FPS your probably going to have to use low - medium settings especially for the Witcher.

The long load times will be seriously helped with an SSD even just a cheap one. If your the kind of person that has lots of games installed on your PC then just pick your favorite 2-3 games and install them on the SSD and have the rest on you HDD.

Your CPU is an excellent one for the price but in terms of gaming its not great. I would personally always suggest minimum a i5 4690(k) but that will set you back around $200. Another option would be to look into and i3 as the price just...

Another option would be to look into and i3 as the price just jump down there. The fact that the AMD FX has 6 cores looks good but ultimately isn't going to do much for gaming... 4 cores is enough.

Also just thought i would mention the fact that your motherboard is a Micro ATX which means its smaller that a normal motherboard, this is absolutely fine if its what you want but i does mean that you will only have one PCIexpress slot and its always good to have more that one of them (that the slot that the graphics card along with other things will go in). Also in the past I have had issues fitting things like wifi adapters and sounds cards in next top the graphics card on these smaller motherboards.
