Hello, my old Gpu was gtx 570, but its gone for 2 years now. I was playing on my old gts 250. My cpu is phenom ii 955 3.2ghz. I have no much money, so i bought msi r9 380 4gb, i know there will be bottleneck. What cpu and motherboard should i but next 1 or 2 month 150$ budget. And should i oc my cpu for now?

What motherboard do you have right now? You might not even need to upgrade it.
Also, I had a x4 965 overclocked to 3.7 GHz and the same GPU (exactly the same even...) and I didn't notice any bottleneck.
