Bad PSU...

From a review on Amazon...

Winpower power supplies make terrific paper weights.
But unfortunately are incapable of supplying power.

I've had a couple of different Winpower models now and they last a couple of months before dying.
But they don't stop working completely - oh no that would be easy to diagnose - they just start cutting out randomly.

To be honest, the first sign of there being something amiss with them is when you first lift them out of their packaging and realise that they are so light they seem to be made of tissue paper - which they might as well be for all the reliability they provide.

They are also quite noisy. But not consistently noisy. Oh no indeed they just randomly whine for a while.

Avoid." https://www.amazon.co.uk/WinPower-750W-Dual-Power-Supply/dp/B00499C7LS

I've never heard of that brand but it sound like they are infamous in the UK. 1 out of 5 is one of the worst ratting I've ever heard on a power supply I'm surprised Amazon hasn't dropped them for all the RMA hassles they cause.

The only other thing that I would think of right off the bat is if your system is over heating. It is easy enough to check and you need to be sure you have go airflow thru your case in the from and out the back or top.

Definitely, would never recommend it to anyone

I highly doubt that his problem is overheating as he is running water cooling. It could be that the power supply gets hotter as his gaming sessions in Mordor are longer and then it hits lower efficiency, hence the crash. But better airflow will not be able to fix his problems in Tomb Raider.
