I just bought Overwatch and as soon as i got into a match I realised that I had 10 FPS. I have tried lowering graphics to minimum and a few other thing but i'm still not being able to play the game with a decent FPS.

Processor: AMD A10-5800K APU with Raedon(tm) HD Graphics 3.80 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 8.00 GB
64-bit
Windows 8.1

Kind've expected as yo are using integrated graphics. I recommend watching the LowSpecGamer's latest video to see how to make it run...

You are bellow the minimum requirements for the game. You need to install a video card in your system to run it properly. The CPU should be OK, but not the onboard A10 CPU video.

This is your card vs the GTX 460 which is what they list as the minimum requirement G3D Mark 791 2639, the GTX 460 score is 3.5 times that of your onboard video.

Assuming you have about a 300 watt power supply and a not tiny case, for around $100 you can get an nVidia GTX 750 Ti that will be a good video card for your for a lower price.

I should've looked at that before but I was assuming that i could run the game with normal FPS even at low graphics considering that I play League of Legends at 100 FPS and CS:GO at 80 FPS, but since they don't really require the best graphics card in the world.

LOL and SCGO have much lower requirements, heck, LOL does not even list a video card model for a minimum, just "DirectX 9.0 capable video card support Shader 2.0" and the recommended card is about the same speed of yours. And CS GO runs on a graphics engine that is over 10 years old.

OK, I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti in my PC but it won't let me acces the control panel to be able to set it as the default graphics card. Any help?

It all seems to be hooked up properly but when I enter Overwatch and go in options, it says Microsoft Basic Render Driver as my graphics card, so it seems like it Overwatch isn't detecting the GTX either.

Overwatch finnaly detected the NVIDIA graphics card but im still getting 10 fps, even thought it is using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti.

Setup maybe off then, are the new drivers installed for the nVidia card? Try disabling the onboard video in Device Manager and see what happens (leave the nVidia video card alone, just disable the AMD video).

Once I delete the settings file in Overwatch documents my FPS goes to about 40-50 but when I turn off my PC or I restart Overwatch I have to try around 5 times, deleting settings file then starting Overwatch, until the FPS goes back to normal.

A couple things you could try:
If you have a second monitor connected, try disconnecting it and seeing if that helps
Close Discord if you have it open as it can also use GPU power
Try closing other programs (Such as Chrome or other web browsers)
See if your fans are clogged and your GPU is overheating
