System major upgrade!

Hello,I wanna upgrade very serious my PC in two months and I want some opinions about the new components that I wanna buy.
My specs now:
CPU:amd athlon x4 860k
GPU:R7 360 2gb OC
MotherB:msi a68hm-e33 v2
RAM:8GB
PSU:Corsair vs450
HDD:Seagate barracuda 500gb

New components:
PSU:be quiet! Pure Power 9 500W 80PLUS Silver
SSD:Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120 Go
MotherB:Gigabyte GA-990X-Gaming SLI
CPU:AMD FX 6300 Black Edition (3.5 GHz)
GPU:Gigabyte GV-N960WF2OC-4GD - GeForce GTX 960 4 GB

P.S:I use the current PC for youtube videos,editting and photoshop.After the upgrade I'll use it for the same stuff.

Budget? Going with a 5 year old AMD platform may not be the best idea in 2016. However if you dont game it may be okay for your purposes, let me know your budget and I will see if I can improve upon it.

Oh I didn't say there lol.Yes,I will use it for games the youtube videos are with games.Budget 600 euro.

Two thoughts:

GTX 960 has very poor performance per dollar, and although it's faster than your 360, it's not by a whole lot. Note its performance in this benchmark against the similarly-priced R9 380:

The FX-6300 is not a very good choice for a gaming PC. It's already close to 5 years old:

EDIT: I see that it's not for gaming. The FX-6300 is probably still not a very good choice though, given its age.

ok.I knew that this was coming so I've prepared myself with an alternative build.
Another motherboard and cpu:
CPU:Intel Core i5-6400 (2.7 GHz)
MotherB:Gigabyte G1.Sniper B7
And I won't upgrade my GPU I will upgrade it later.So is this better?

EDIT:I can go aswell with an FM2+ MotherB and buy an A10 but it will be a dead end.

I'd suggest going up to an i5 6500, but yes, it's a much better choice than a 6300 for your uses.

ok,I will wait on some answers about the PSU.But thanks alot for you help and time!

EDIT:Actually I have another question.Now I use only a 4 pin connector for the CPU.If I buy a MotherB for FM2+ with an 8 pin connector will that make a difference?Because that way I can overclock the cpu and buy a new gpu too.Because I might go with this MotherB:ASRock FM2A88X Pro3+ and keep using the athlon x4 860k (because isn't the worst cpu,it's a decent one).Thanks!
