Side bezel fan on case

Hi all,
I'm building a computer and I noticed a fan on the right of my case. So, I was wondering where do I plug in the fan cable on my motherboard? And is it needed?

OK. Now I see. Yes that is a cooling fan for the system; a case fan. Plug it into any of the cha fan headers on the motherboard.

It would help if we knew what case and what motherboard. More specs wouldn't hurt, but probably aren't needed.

My mobo is a asus M5A97 le2.0 and my case is a silver stone technology grandia sst-GD09B
