Seasonic S12II-620w PSU: Rs. 6,350

This will suffice. As for overclocking, no matter what you do, you still have a CPU bottleneck. OC till 4.2GHz will be good.

The Corsair RM 650w is Tier 3, the one I gave is Tier 2, so mine is better

Not Haswell certified though, if that counts. Under 100 dollars there are choices for great power supplies which are also Haswell certified, so C6/C7 sleep states don't have to be disabled.
