As title says has amd said anything if they are keeping the same layout for the heat sink screws around the cpu just want to know cause im thinking of upgrading my cooler before zen comes out and want to know if ill need a new bracket or not for zen.

I don't think there's been any official word. There was a leak recently of an early, OEM AM4 board. Its mounting holes actually looked very similar to Intel's layout for their LGA sockets.
But it's a leak and an OEM board with a few non-standard features, so it's risky to draw conclusions just based on that.
