CPU cooler for overclocking 4960k to 4.5ghz

I am building a pc with components:
AsRock z97 extreme4
PSU RM750x
MSI GTX 970
CPU I5 4960k 3.5ghz
I want to overcloack my cpu till 4.5 ghz, but I dont know which of CPU coolers should I choose.I thought about RAIJINTEK Pallas but I am new to overcloacking and don't know if my CPU wouldn't overheat and will run well with this cooler.
If you know about other better coolers ,pls give me an advice.
My budget is 50 euro's.

I am sorry i forgot to say that my pc case is Aerocool Cyclops Advance - Red Edition and the max height of a cpu coller shouldn't be more than 15cm.I checked CM cooler and I think it's too big.Do you think it would fit in my case?
