I would describe this as a "money no object build"
PC will be extremely capable, but if you want to spend even more, get a 1080 GPU instead.

FYI, you can build a PC to play any game very well for about $700 less! GTX 970, fast i5, $30 cooler, $100 motherboard, SSD, 16GB RAM, simple case.

This build is basically perfect. Could you please tell us what is your use for such parts, I would imagine high end gaming and video editing, correct?

Well... it's really nice but I would look at a $50 cheaper mobo, only 16GB of 2400ish RAM, an air cooler for half the price of liquid, no optical drive, and a 1070 gpu. It would perform identically in actual use (might get a couple hundred mhz more OC) for $350 less. Happy gaming!
