So I've got a very strange situation. For starters, this is my first computer build. But for some reason when I shut the computer off and turn it back on immediately after all the lights go off, it causes an error code 00. However if I wait a couple seconds and then turn it on, it does manage to boot up. If I successfully boot up after the error (by shutting it down and waiting a few seconds and restarting), I receive a message stating that the power surge may have failed or something like that. Other than that it boots successfully. I'm not sure if this is a problem or if I should be fine.
