Best wireless aand bluetooth adapter

My motherboard doesn't support wifi and Bluetooth (ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO).
I don't know whether to go usb 3 or pci e. I will only spend up to 25 US dollars on this.

There is no one best answer, it depends on the particular situation. If you are near to the router the USB will be sufficient. If you are far from it but can position the case so the antennas are not blocked by the case, that should be better. If you need flexibility in placement USB is the way to go. Buy both from a store with a friendly return policy and try them out to see which one works best for you.
