i am building my 1st comp, i do not have a dvd drive. how can i install windows 7 pro to the cpu? can anyone help?

You can put it on a flash drive. Go to this link here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7 and enter your product key for Windows 7. Another way to do this is to consider the fact that Windows 10 version 1511 accepts Windows 7 keys as well as Windows 10 keys. You could download the Media Creation Tool for Windows 10 here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/ and use it to create a bootable flash drive that will install Windows.

Edit: Also, Windows doesn't install to the CPU, it installs to the hard drive. The CPU does all of the calculations for the hard drive to be able to do its job.
