Here's my current setup:
Mobo: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 M
Video card: EVGA GeForce 960 4GB
Case: fractical design define R5
I know the video card is compatible with the mobo, and someone has proved this:

However, I've been trying to seat the vid card in the PCIe slot and I can tell the smaller of the two tabs that contain pins for the card will not go all the way in. The larger part "clicks" in fine yet the card seems to be sliightly raised as you get toward the back of the case where the video input is. I took out my old MOBO and the vid card seats perfectly. There is something that seems to be blocking the smaller tab from going all the way and I have no clue what it could be. The metal plate is going behind the mobo fine...
Any help would be very appreciated I've been trying for hours and I've installed multiple peripheral devices before with no trouble at all.
