hey guys

instant best solution to who ever answers this , please help because i cant buy the system without deciding about the cooler

two Questions

1.Will H5 Ultimate have any clearance issue with Mini itx board and Tridentz sticks if the front 140 fan is replaced by a 120 fan ? will the heat sink still interfere with ram sticks ?

2.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-rVtWHNW_bA

that cpu cooler is not even supported on that case due to being tiny bit taller than what that case allows? how did this happen ? curved side plate ?

Solution
According to pcpartpicker, no compatibility issues. But I googled about it. Cryorig states that ram clearance is 30-35mm with fan position being adjustable. The G.SKILL Trident Z stands at 44mm, so clearance is an issue. So you might wanna look at the H5 Universal which has a slim profile and performs the same. Cryorig states that RAM Height Limit is limitless.

Hope this helps you :D

DarkRockPro 3 with its huge size fits according to that video its taller but fits due to curves on sides i guess and makes no clearance issue due to its 120mm fan or maybe the heatsink is 44mm tall which is as tall as ram sticks .

if that fits then i'm guessing maybe H5 Ultimate will fit too if the front 140 is replaced with 120 . tall rams are quite pain in the backdoor but i love tridentZ series and dont wanna give them em up just cz my cooler does not fit

AIO Cooler like H115i are great and will fit just right but live lot shorter than air coolers and thats what i hate about them other wise i wouldnt even hesitate to pick one

Well i kinda want something more compact and portable and i love how manta looks like , i have considered ATX builds but they are a bit big for my taste .

man you sound so sure about h5 Universal fitting in a mini itx and Tridentz sticks with no ram clearance issue , i found no itx board with H5 universal installed on it no where , :( wish i could be 100% sure

Corsair H115i AIO Great looks Great Performance Fits well , but short lifespan compared to air coolers that work billion years :D

Dark Rock Pro 3 will fit and will perform amazing but its too big for manta , it will fit but looks big from the side panel

Dark Rock 3 will fit only if i get rid of the giant 140mm fan and replace it with a 120mm from bequiet which i'm afraid that it might affect the performance negatively

H5 Ultimate matches the looks of the case and has the same heat sink size as Universal so all i should do is to change the fan to slim profile one but still not sure if the heat sink it self will or will not block any of the ram slots , but you say its ok and pcpartpicker too so i'm so damn confused

:D Damn that's one hard decision , you successfully convinced me to rethink stuff , i got nice ATX options in my head but really gonna miss manta :( its so damn nice . anyway thanks a lot for your attention , its like a graveyard around here :D seems like no ones using computers anymore , or maybe they all just don't think much and try and fail or succeed .
