Everything seems to work fine, but it will not output a signal. I have tried HDMI and D-SUB on both the graphics card and onboard outputs. I have also tried removing the graphics card. I am using an AMD FX 6300 processor, a 500w power source, a 2GB graphics card, an 8GB stick of ram, and a 1TB HDD.

Solution
Remove the gpu from yhe board and try the onboard I know Intel disables onboard when a gpu is detected maybe amd does same?

Nvm missed where u have tried that

(Note 2) The DVI-D port does not support D-Sub connector by adapter.

(Note 3) Simultaneous output for DVI-D and HDMI is not supported.

Have you confirmed your monitor is functioning? Many boards/cards will not work in HDMI on initial boot
