Hi, I am having trouble getting my computer to boot. I have an ASUS sabertooth 99fx mobo, amd fx 8350, 2x gskill ripjaws 8gb (ddr3-1600), 2x 7950s, and an ocz z1000w psu. I just replaced the PSU with a new one(refurbished) after the previous PSU was supplying incorrect voltages causing my cpu to overheat drastically. Upon receiving the new PSU I installed it and now my computer is failing to boot (or even post) with no signal to the monitor. When I power it on, there is one short beep (indicating successful startup?) followed maybe 10 seconds later by a sequence as follows: One long beep, 3 short beeps, a pause, and then one more short beep. I have tried reseating the RAM, testing one stick at a time in different slots, reconnecting the CPU fan power, reseating GPUs and testing them individually and in different PCI-e slots, tested a different PSU power cable, tested two different monitors (one HDMI and the other DVI) to no avail.

There are a series of LEDs on the MB if its SABERTOOTH 990FX/GEN3 R2.0 . Identify any that remain lit as post will not continue until rectified.
You have: Dram_led, CPU_led, VGA_led, Boot_device_led. Refer to your manual for their locations.

My bet its your DIMMs and need to be tested with Memtest86+ from a USB stick.
Check they are listed on the ASUS QVL.
