My windows 7 says hard disk not found diagnastics ran test completed and all passed will not boot

Will not boot says hard disk not found dell inspirion Intel inside core I3 laptop no recovery disk how do I boot it

as suggested, check for boot device in bios first...if the boot order is correct and it still gives u the same error, chances are, either ur windows7 installation has corrupted or u have a dead hdd...
run the microsoft startup repair disc and see if it can fix the issue...

Hello... look in your MB/system manual/PDF and look for "booting to the BIO's" there will be a 'Key" to press and hold during the Power up... examine if the HD is recognized there... AND on TOP of the BOOT order page list... save&exit when settings are correct.
