I7 2600k 4.5GHz cooling

Hi everyone! I have a rig with i7 2600k processor oc running at 4.5Ghz and 1.325 v and a msi gtx 970. After oc i used a msi afterburner monitoring of temp in witcher 3 at max out settings, and i got a 66-70 degrees on CPU. Is that temp normal or i should better buy a new cooler; now i have a Thermaltake Contac 29 BP (CLP0588), and cooler i think that may be more effective is a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (RR-212E-16PK-R1)? Mobo is asus p8p67

That is teh temperature of the casing. The temps you are seeing are of the cores and are always higher than the casing.
