I would use all AF: you would want to use SP fans if there were obstacles in the path of the air (like if you had hard drive cages behind the intakes, for example. By the image above, it doesn't seem like there's any obstacles other than the GPU, so i would say SP is not needed, you just need to maximize airflow, so AF.
Then there's the question of how many fans and where to put them. I favor having a positive pressure delta in the case (that is, a little more inflow than outflow), as i understand it makes it a little harder for dust to come into the case. If on the contrary you had more outflow than inflow, there would be negative presure delta, and dust would be carried inside the case by the air trying to come in to compensate the pressure delta. You can get positive pressure by having more intake fans than outake, or by having the former work harder than the latter.
