and reading some reviews

There are many things here to consider:

- Form factor: the motherboard (mobo) you have selected has ATX format, whereas you intend to build an mITX PC: too big!
- CPU: you have selected a 3rd generation Intel Core CPU. That's 3 generations old. Go for a 6th generation CPU (i5 6500).
- RAM: 4x2GB is not a good option. If you pick a mITX mobo for the i5 6500, it probably will only have 2 RAM slots. Pick 2x4GB or 2x8GB (depending on what you intend to do with the computer, which you haven't indicated and is kind of crucial)
- HDD: depending on what you want from the computer, you might also want to look into SSDs, which are electronical hard drives (in contrast with HDDs, which are mechanical/magnetic storage). SSDs are much faster than HDDs, and less fragile (as they have no moving parts - but they are more expensive too).

You will also need a case and PSU (normally mITX cases include a PSU), not sure whether you already have one, or if you simply didn't list it...?

If you have a fixed budget, we can try to work around it and see how to optimize the parts for whatever uses you need your PC for...

Forget my comments on the GPU, my bad... XD i just deleted them. One thing to consider is whether the PSU in the mITX case will be able to drive to 1070, which needs an 8 PIN additional connector. You will need the PSU to serve around 400W.

for size micro atx cube cases are not that much bigger then itx case but have more room to work witrh for new builders. you want a case that take a full size atx power supply and a full size gpu. whe nyou get into small itx cases they have sfx power supply the newest is 700w for 150.00. some itx cases use laptop power bricks for power. there not made for gaming but for work pc.
