Which case setup?

I was thinking of a new build. Either a b150m matx motherboard, Mars gaming mc101 sff case, with supplied psu, low profile cpu cooler, or b150m itx motherboard, and thermaltake suppressor f1 case, and 600w psu. Other components I am looking to use are an i5-6400, 16gb ddr4 ram, 2Tb hdd. (I already have a 250gb ssd, and low profile gtx 750 ti 2gb ddr5). I plan to do some lite gaming (nothing major - only have 1080p telly) but also use it as a htpc and some other basic tasks (over clocking isn't my thing).

Wasn't sure about the thermal properties of the MC101 with the setup I had intended (as I am a fan of the sff - no pun intended). Would I have airflow issues if I use 2 x 8cm fans in the case or should I just go with the suppressor f1 setup? Any feedback from those who have had similar setups would be great.
Cheers

I live in Melbourne, AU and wanted to keep the cost as low as possible, hence why I'm planning to use the ssd and low profile video card I already have. I would also consider getting an i3 and then upgrading to an i5 or i7 later.

What components did you have in mind? I've upgraded and built PCs previously and enjoy making them. I've used normal tower cases in the past and now prefer the smaller cases.
