Mi pc doest turn on! New motherboard GA-990FX-Gamming

A few days, i post on this forum because a problem with my old motherboard and support FX9590.
Then i buy a GA-990FX-Gaming (rev. 1.0), I install al components i reviewed 24, 8 pin, CPU and liquid refrigeration im try put ram in diferente chanels (chnl 1 :1,3 /chnl 2: 2,4).

Im reviewed F_Panel: power swicht.

My motherboard have a one button to power iluminated so current reache. And if i disconectect 8 pin the mother board start.

I read your old thread, what PSU do you use? Maybe the problem is from the PSU, because you have r9 390 GPU too.
Also I know you are not interested in the intel cpu, and can't return the fx9590 either. And now you are in a one-way street, sorry. So if you can't find the solution, may take a loss and get the fx 8350.
You should do the research on the fx9590 first, then you may change your mind, and may buy other cpu like fx8350/fx8320 instead the fx 9590, because it has 220W TDP, it needs the very good MB to support it, a water cooler, a very good and powerful PSU too, then you end up to play more $$ for the PC.
