Hello, I have been in pc gaming my whole life but always had my PCs made by someone. This time I decided to try it myself. Everything is plugged correctly, booted to the bios and the first thing I did was to update the Bios via internet. Now it says that the Bios is up to date but when I try to exit, it just won't exit the ez flash 3 utility, and after I try clicking ''yes'' 3 times on the question ''do you want to exit'' it kinda ''freezes'' and won't let me do anything, it just gets stuck there.

mobo : asus z170 pro gaming
cpu : i5 6600k
gpu : gtx 680
cooler : coolmaster evo 212

I might have the pictures reversed here, the last one is the first one i get when i boot up, then the middle one the second, on which i try something it says that the ''bios is already up to date'', then the first pic is the last thing i see before it gets stuck. Help me out please I have no idea what to do.
Thx in advance.

So if it has already been thought the flashing process. Then there should be no danger in just pushing the reset button (if you have one) to get it to reboot. If you don't have a reset button on your case, then just cold boot it by holding the power button down until it powers off. Then power on again and see if it boots ok.

I don't know if you can see it, my images keeps disappearing ...
But when i reset or try a hard reboot by holding the button it boots in the ez flash utility and says "To finish bios update you have to select the same bios file (.cap file) again to continue updating the bios blah blah blah"
But like i said when itry anything, it says the bios is already up to date :/

Ok I seem to have solved the problem, i downloaded the bios from asus.ca, put it on a usb key, plugged that in and simply ran the update again from there...
