So this was originally posted on reddit, but noone replied. So I will trust this good ol' site for my PC building needs.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
Gaming + web browsing + some After Effects and light coding
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
I'm still not sure, but maybe I would get into 1080p 144hz master race if I manage to save up for a monitor. But I currently have a 1050p monitor :/
Games I play: currently CS:GO (that's why i don't worry about iGPU), but I also like DayZ and Insurgency, which both are cpu intensive and my FX 6300 strugles with them.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
Around 500-550 euro WITHOUT GPU, because I only plan to buy a gpu later.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
Lithuania
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please).
Currently it looks like this: https://www.1a.lt/order/shopping_cart?content=JcrBEQAgCAOwlUSgpbr%2FXl7PXx6B1DhxoxrKD04YSFHGJFcb2jU%2BDw%3D%3D
Part list:
CPU: i5 6500
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2V
PSU: Corsair ATX 2.31 Corsair RMx Series™ 550W
RAM: Kingston 16GB 2133MHz DDR4 CL14 HyperX Fury Black DIMM KIT OF 2
HDD: Western Digital CAVIAR Blue 1TB SATA 7200RPM 64MB
CASE: Deepcool Tesseract BF
Provide any additional details you wish below.
Not sure about the case, was also looking at Corsair 200R. If you wish to suggest some other psu, only use Corsair psu's, because my country don't offer other high quality PSU brands. Also not sure about the mobo, might even get a b150 mobo for CrossFire (but unlikely). Was also looking at Samsung ssd's, but the price is quite high. Basically, everything in this is likely to change and I need help.
P.S. Use the link of a shop I gave to check if the part you are looking is available in my country.

The problem is money :|

You might want to upgrade to the ASRock B150M COMBO-G, MSI B150MMORTAR, Asrock B150-X1, MSI B150PCMATE, Asus B150M-PLUS, Asus B150M-C, ASRock B150M PRO4, Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H, Asrock H170M PRO4, Asus B150-PLUS which have an extra PCIe x4 or x16 slot for future upgrades e.g. USB 3.1, NVMe SSD, etc.

If you want upgraded sound (1150 codec) you'll have to move up at least to the Asus B150 Pro Gaming, but note that it doesn't have an extra x4 or x16 slot.

The Corsair 200R and SPEC 02/03 are excellent budget cases.
