Hello I do not know what is going on with my pc. I'll start by posting my specs:

As it seems I should be able to play a game like League of Legends, but it sometimes drop to 60fps, and it is really hard to play with 60fps when you have a 144hz screen. I might sound stupid since 60fps should be enough, but it just really annoying.

I hope someone can help me what to do.

I have tried factory resetting my computer.

Solution

He has a gtx 770. That should easily be able to get to 144fps consistently. Try going into the NVidia control panel, make sure the refresh rate is 144hz, then go into 3d settings and try turning on universal V-sync. obviously, make sure there is no 60fps cap in league itself. Hope this helps.
