Hello guys I have built my latest rig as it follows ;
i7 6700k ( gonna overclock some, I cant help myself ^^)
GTX 1070
Asus ROG Z170 Maximus VIII Hero ( I would like to hear some replacements over this to decrease the cost of whole rig)
Vengeance 16gig rams ddr4 cl14 2400mhz
Sandisk 480gb SSD ( cheap)
Corsair HXi 850W PSU ( I don't know if my system wattage exceeds 850w i dont think so though)
Zalman Z11 Neo Case

I tried to gather everything Top tier as much as I could. I am open to any suggestions, about MOBO and COOLER, I need a Decent cooler to cool that cpu down :) thank you

Solution
DeepCool Captain series of liquid coolers are good. http://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/deepcool-cpu-cooler-captain120,deepcool-cpu-cooler-captain240,deepcool-cpu-cooler-captain240white,deepcool-cpu-cooler-captain360/

You have plenty of power in that PSU, it'll last you a while. You could upgrade to the 1080 and not need to replace your PSU.

That Motherboard is indeed unnecessary and a waste of money, take this instead:
http://pcpartpicker.com/product/Q9Gj4D/asus-motherboard-z170a

and for the cooler: (If your taking it away with overclocking)
http://pcpartpicker.com/product/46tCmG/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd14

and if you want a 25-35$ cooler pick one of these up:

1080 is way above my budget, and 1070 gives a good price/performance in my opinion. I wanted to have some headroom on my PSU as well, and as the luqiud cooler in my country I can have deep cool maelstorm 120 or 240. And I really never used luqiud cooler before, can you briefly sum me up something about luqid coolers? I would be amazingly appreciated.

EDIT: Also I want some silence on my cooler, I heard that NOCTUA is great about this :) thanks for the suggestions! I will change the mobo now.

Decent cooler: cryorig h7
Great cooler: bequiet dark rock pro 3

MB: i wouldn't go for something more expensive than this: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/Q9Gj4D/asus-motherboard-z170a
Though, i am not the sort of person who sweats it if i get a 100Mhz lower overclock than the next. The ROG stuff is overpriced.
That PSU is overkill if you newer intend to SLI. A 650w would do.

I won't be doing SLI. I get that 850w cuz I wanted to have some headroom.

Liquid cooler are more hassle than their worth. They don;t perform much better than similar priced air cooler(like the bequiet! i mentioned) but can be more noisy and their pumps do give in after some time.

Thank you for your input. I will stick with the traditional cooling I guess :) I heard that Noctua is good on cooling.

that is way too much headroom. Even when overclocking and in full throttle that system won't pull more than 400W. So even a 550 would do. 650 to have "headroom"(i prefer that myself)

Only the noctua nh-d15 surpasses the dark rock pro 3 in cooling, but the latter is more silent. Plus, The noctua is huge and heavy and can;t fit in any case, plus you risk damaging your board if your move the system around.

Thank you for your input on both cooler and psu, However I am not able to get Dark Rock coolers in my country. I have Corsair, Cooler Master and Akasa avaliable.

I am buying from a retailer, They have all the seperate components and will assemble them, in their disposal I cant see Noctua, However I can get it seperate and install myself. As for Psu, Seasonic X-750 80+Gold 750W , I could not find any 650w tier 1 psu but I have found this one.

Excellent PSU, install the cooler yourself.

Thank you for your assistance so far. I will get NOCTUA, https://www.technopat.net/sosyal/eklenti/2-jpg.73114/ since it fits into my Zalman Z11 Neo without any problems.
So to clear thing a bit up here is the last status of rig;

Intel Core i7-6700K Skylake 8M 4.0Ghz 1151
Asus Z170-A D4 2133Mhz ATX 1151
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz CL14 (CMK16GX4M2A2400C14R)
Evga GeForce GTX1070
Sandisk Ultra II 480GB 550/500MB SDSSDHII-480G-G25
Zalman Z11 NEO 700W Mid Towe
Seasonic X-750 80+Gold 750W
NOCTUA NH-D14 Cooler

This is the result, anything can bottleneck here? and what would you do if you had to decrease the cost?

All good. Go for it. And Enjoy! :)
Outside of a 650w PSU, i wouldn't reduce the cost.
