Hi. Since I moved out to new house I have problem with my pc. I checked cable with different pc and everything is fine with cable(45m). Here is what I did so far: I cleaned my pc inside from dust, I formatted and reinstalled system, I tried connect through PCI Express ehternet LAN card, but nothing is working. The only way to use internet on this pc is to make Tethering through my smartphone and then connect smartphone to wifi.

My pc:
Motherboard: Asus P8P67 PRO Rev 3.1
SSD (with OS) Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB
CPU: Intel i-7 2600k 3.4 Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1

OS: Windows 10 Home Premium 64

UPDATE: I tried smaller cable (about 50 cm long) and it works. I have only problems with larger cables (+2m).

I suspect this is just a missing drivers issue

https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8P67_PRO_REV_31/HelpDesk_Download/

Select your OS and reinstall your drivers. I suspect you may need to install all of them, I doesn't sound like you installed any.

I always install the chipset drivers first, followed by GPU that you are using (intel, AMD, or Nvidia), then everything else on the motherbd page.

I am using integrated Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.

End of the cable goes to modem from TalkTalk broadband provider which is HUAWEI HG633
