Between the both of them, they are both horrible, you can source better arguably cheaper solutions than them. Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and audio equipment? If you're on a laptop then please include the make and model of your unit. You should also include your budget to help us hunt down a better sound card.

I would like to ask though, are you aware that the USB sound card does all the sound processing off of the USB port thus you aren't availing any benefit from your onboard soundcard. The reason your full system's specs were asked is to understand what you have right now to suggest something better otherwise your investments aren't worthwhile.
