Hi, so basically a friend of mine wants me to build him a new desktop but in terms of selecting components I would like your help, when I did mine I knew exactly what I wanted and it was all in the budget, for my friend I can't do one equally cause his budget is: 1200€ (Please note, euros, no dollars)

The pc purpose is mostly for gaming;
What types of games: Well he plays Smite, which isn't really "heavy" but he plays Overwatch too and he pretends to play a heavy type game called "No Man's Sky".
If you guys could help on the pc it would be nice, cause I lack knowledge about the choose of a good price/quality relation motherboard, case, etc.

Important:
Budget: 1200€
Note: He doesn't have a monitor, neither a keyboard. Keyboards are cheap so whatever, but take in count the monitor, suggestions about it would be nice too.

It doesn't need to be a "beast", just enough to play those games at 60 fps min. Probably isn't even needed to play them at Ultra. If his budget was a bit higher it would be nice to buy him a GTX 1070 (500€ here) but oh well...
On a side note: With the GTX 1070 now on the market do you think I should tell him to wait cause maybe the gtx970 lowers the price? If it does, any opinion on how long it should take?

Here's a really good gaming build that I just threw together for around $1,312 USD or 1,166€.

This should be more than powerful enough for games like Smite and Overwatch and should be fine for No Mans Sky (as that is actually pretty demanding).
:D

And as for the GTX 1070, I'd say go for it if it's within the budget as it destroys the GTX 970 and even 980ti in benchmarks for 1080P, 1440P, and even 4K. But if it isn;t within budget, then I'd say go for the GTX 970 as prices for that will surely drop within the upcoming months but don't take my word for that. Hope this helps! :D
