Cpu fan max speed, disk 100%

My cpu is running 5k+ rpm and slows rarely. disk usage is nearly at 100% all the time, but dies out once in a while.
Send help please,

system hogs disk usage, and the cpu temp is normal. I dont know what to think of it

specs:
gtx 750ti
amd a10 6700
12gb ram
450w psu
win 10 home

did you check the process list of the task manager?if you didn't check what process is using the CPU and the disk , because sometimes it's just a malware or the bad sector of the disk drive that gives a fake 100% usage of disk drive.if it's a bad sector you won't find any process using the disk but you will find the disk at 100% for no reason.

So it says [Malware Service Executable] but whenever i try to close it, it says no permission, it says its Microsoft corp. I've seen it task manager before, so I never gave it a look, but now its hogging disk use.
Big deal? or no?

Well it's the windows defender program, if you have anything beside Windows defender i mean an anti virus, try to uninstall it and see if the problem fixes , and if you don't have a Anti Virus try the way bellow:
Start>Run>CMD
type net.exe stop superfetch
