Hello, recently, I bought a Avermedia Live Gamer Extreme, however, when I installed the drivers and software, it wouldn't detect the capture card, and neither would OBS. I've been looking into how to fix this, and I've seen that some people have fixed it by reinstalling Windows, but I'd rather not resort to that. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks
EDIT:
CPU: AMD FX-4300 Quad-Core 3.8GHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970
Memory: 8GB (2x4) DDR3 RAM
Mobo: MSI 760GM-P34(FX) (MS-7641)
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Additional Peripherals: Line6 POD UX2 Audio Interface, Razer Naga mouse
Note: I haven't updated my BIOS, as from what I've heard, it isn't exactly the easiest thing to do for a newbie like me. I've also tried other solutions, like running the driver installer as an admin, or updating it via Device Manager, but even then it said it was either up to date, or error code 10, depending on which method I used.
