I waited for the geforce gtx 1070 to come out and now it is. im just checking that this would all be compatible and fits since its not out on pc part picker yet. thanks.

All good, but wouldn't you rather get an I5-6600K and the EVGA 550 G2 PSU instead and then get a GTX 1080? The GTX 1080 will benefit you more than having a 6700K, the 6700K won't really help much if this PC is solely for gaming.

You could go for a hyper 212 or 212x. PSU overkill (by a lot!) If you aren't doing video editing there really isn't need for the i7. Other then that all good
