My computer keeps restarting over and over. It does do a post beep, has no splash screen and restarts. It does boot up though when i turn off the psu and turn it back on ~10 seconds later. I just ran memtest for the past 4 hours no errors.
Any ideas? This has been going on for about 2 weeks.

Is the recommended on Pcpartpicker inaccurate? If not I think the psu is sufficient. Pcpartpicker says 328W used so 620 should be good

If you have a multimeter look a tutorial on how to check the outputs on your PSU **BUT BE CAREUL, WE DON'T WANT YOU TO GET ELECTROCUTED** and check if that is actually the issue.
