Computer keeps restarting over and over

My computer keeps restarting over and over. It does do a post beep, has no splash screen and restarts. It does boot up though when i turn off the psu and turn it back on ~10 seconds later. I just ran memtest for the past 4 hours no errors.
Any ideas? This has been going on for about 2 weeks.

Yeah that is what I fear since SeaSonic wants you to send in the psu for them to test, and I cant be without my computer.

go your local hardware store and buy 1 just to test, you can return it if its not the PSU.

Download open hardware monitor and log the sensors, by the sound of it it is the PSU, but you should also rule out a thermal cause.

http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator this page is a good starting point to check what kind of PSU you need, most probably your current one doesn't output enough current (measured in amperes) on the 12v rail. look for one that does.

Is the recommended on Pcpartpicker inaccurate? If not I think the psu is sufficient. Pcpartpicker says 328W used so 620 should be good

Sorry, I overlooked the fact that your PSU looks actually capable of outputing 48 amperes on the 12 volt rail (divided in two 24 A rails? I'm not entirely sure of how that works or if it can cause the problem) maybe you just got a lemon. If you have a multimeter look a tutorial on how to check the outputs on your PSU **BUT BE CAREUL, WE DON'T WANT YOU TO GET ELECTROCUTED** and check if that is actually the issue.

I guess i'll just go with returning the psu - Ill update this once I send/receive a fixed one from Seasonic ty for help
