Is this CPU fan speed too high?

I have an i5 4590 with a hyper 212 evo. The CPU temperature seems fine, about 40°C but my CPU fan is running at 880-890 rpm? The average I heard is about 600 or 700 RPM. This info is coming straight from my BIOS.
