Hello,

First of all I apologize if I'm posting this on the wrong section.

Main topic: I'm buying the components for my new pc during this next, and after reading tons of reviews and browsing hardware sites, I came up with this list pcpartpicker.
My budget is roughly 1400$. (I live in the EU though)

I intend on pairing these with a gtx 1070 a few months down the road.

I also plan on overclocking. Nothing too crazy though.

What I'm asking for: advice/suggestions regarding performance/value and overall compatibility. Can I get more bang for buck somewhere?

Thanks in advance!

the H7 is not available at the store and the C7 is a cheaper cooler, right? Is there anything wrong about the R1 Ult performance/value wise?

thanks for the quick answers.

Already ordered everything!

I ended up picking the Cryorig R1 Universal as the Ultimate version is not compatible with the RAM height. It also has a very similar performace, only slightly lower.

I'm aiming for something like 4.4/4.5Ghz overclock, but I do not want to compromise the life span of my new CPU. Do you think that a 44/45 multiplier will be a safe bet on a intel 6600k if I'm only looking to upgrade on a 5-6 year basis?

Thanks for all the advice so far!
