Ugrade i3 to i5 reinstall OS or not??

So i want to upgrade my CPU from i3-2100 to i5-3550 do i need to reinstall my os? Cuz i just upgrade my os from 8.1 to 10(Free install from windows itself) i want to change my cpu cuz next month maybe 2 i want to buy new VGA(maybe rx 480)

No, you do not need to re-install the OS. The BIOS will detect the new CPU and probably have you enter BIOS to save the new settings. Then once in Win, you may be asked to re-boot so the OS can boot with the correct CPU driver.
