So I have a headscratcher on my hands. I got a system with the afore mentioned motherboard and processor for dirt cheap, for this reason. It gives a memory error when posting. So I popped in my 4770(non k) and it boots just fine. So I pop the cpu in my VI Gene motherboard and again the 4770k boots fine.
I have tried resetting the bios, switching the bios, and everything in between. Any one with some knowledge on the board have a suggestion?
